Unhappy clutch and hydraulics

Well, replaced the master and slave cylinder this evening. Bleeding the system was a PITA. But, still have problems putting it into gear (esp 1st and oh...reverse sucks). This is a new centerforce dual friction, well past the breakin. The thing grabs great, but why am I having such a hard time? We drilled out he restrictor in the master as well and it is no better than the original stocker. Is it the TO bearing? It gets worse when the clutch is hot and as more time is spent in neutral (like at a light). Cold or right as you come to the light it seems to go in gear pretty well, although reverse it seems to really not like. Help guys if you can.
