Clutch explosion(and no its not a dessert.)

Ive got a 98 camaro pushin about 415hp. I have a cam and upgraded valvetrain. On one of my routine 1st to 2nd shifts@ about 6500rpm, I completely grenaded the clutch. It ripped a huge hole in my bellhousing. Im pretty sure that the starter is gone as well because the car just makes a loud click when I turn the key. I have a couple of questions. #1. I had a ram clutch in it, I think the upgraded master and slave, and a z06 flywheel. So, that being said, should I go with the spec II or the spec III? 2nd question. Is this going to be a job that I with the help of some educated friends can do in my driveway? Am I also going to need another new master, slave, and flywheel? How do I tell. Id really appreciate any advice you guys can give me.
