I am thinking of buying a 1985 camaro from a guy for 300 bucks. Actually it is 2 camaros one will be used for parts for the other. I am just buying them because my other camaros are already good to go and i need a new toy. The person who i am thinking of buying them from said that he had a new torque converter put in it, when it was test drove the man who was driving it said there was a loud bang, and the car lost drive power(the motor still ran) he says the torque converter took a sh*t, but he wasnt certain. What else could it of been. Or what do you think could be damaged, if it was the torque converter. Thanks in advance....
