Clutch engaging earlier now?

Last night on the xway, raced a SRT-4 only from about 60-95 (won by a car length ). I dropped from 5th to 3rd, rev matching as I dropped it, topped out 3rd, went into 4th, then slowed back down, then went back to 6th. As I began to take off from a stop off the exit ramp, the clutch felt like it engaged as soon as I lift off the floor now, as opposed to slightly above this point before. It also doesnt seem to engage as smooth from a stop, although all other gears are fine. There is no vibration if I rev it in netral/in gear with the clutch in/or accelerating in gear up to redline. WTF could have happened? Any ideas?

Doesn't ANYONE have any ideas as to why this would happen?

Update:
I drove around about 50 or so miles tonight around town, and I've noticed that it also chatters when taking off from a stop. I also noticed something else, say I am in gear, I tap the gas to where the car jerks, when I release the gas pedal when I do this, I can hear the trans make like a "clunking" noise. Any ideas now as to what this might be?
