Angry Clutch dilema: Do different SPEC "stages" use same PP? :(

A year ago I bought a SPEC Stage II clutch for my stock LT1. 800 miles later (few weeks) I spun a rod bearing. Well, I got a bit carried away on this rebuild, and now have an engine that when togother should be putting down 425-445 rwhp according to the company porting my heads. That far exceeds the 450 flywheel HP that this clutch is rated for.

Here is a pic of the flywheel, both sides of the clutch, and the pressure plate:

As you can see, the flywheel is fine, just needs to be cleaned off. The Pressure Plate is SPOTLESS, and the clutch disc itself is in great shape, just rough it up a little and will look virtually spotless as well.

What is my best option here? Run this clutch that I paid $425 for knowing full well it's under-rated?

Should I just try and sell the clutch disc itself, keep the pressure plate, and get a Stage III or other brand clutch disc and run this same pressure plate?

Sell the whole clutch assembly and buy a complete new one for my car?

SPEC puts the rating into the clutch discs themselves and not the Pressure Plate correct?

This sucks.

Does spec even sell thier clutch disc's seperatly?? I was under the impression they didn't or I would have got thier Stage 3 or 4 disc to go with my SLP PP.

Yep. I just called them, they said the Stage II and Stage III PP is the same. The would sell me a Stage III clutch disc at their 'at cost' price of $119 since I've already bought the clutch. Not sure if I want to run the Stage III, or someone elses clutch disc.
