Talking 4:10's are in...speedo question

I finally got my car out after waiting all winter.I put Motive 4:10's in and really like how the car runs.I was wondering what i need to get to fix the speedo readout? I think it is off by like 8 mph or so.Would a Hypertech Programmer work?

Yeah I think Hypertech will do that. Also, Tunercat and LT1 Edit can correct for a gear swap.

Hypertech will work. But its pretty exspensive. I would suggest http://madz28.com/ or pcmforless.com .

I recently picked up a hypertech because I had a local shop retune the pcm, due to going from 2.73's to 3.73's. And they edited the ratio correctly, but never ajusted my shiftpoints.

So with the programmer, I fixed them. I payed 150, which I would of payed if I went to an other local shop anyway. But I figured with the hypertech, I can play with the shiftpoints, and get them down perfectly. Unlike going to a shop, and guessing.

But get them done ASAP. I put way to many miles on my car that I didnt drive, because I drove it unprogrammed.
