Exclamation Clutch assembly

I got a Christmas bonus and it's time for a clutch. Since i would like a better clutch then stock and i'm not gonna run any major power adders i think this is what i'm gonna buy: Centerforce dual friction
Clutch Master
Clutch Slave W/ Bearing
Pilot bushing
I have a few questions.#1 Does the clutch master usally come with the braided line that connects to the slave? Summit has both the master for $65.95 & the slave for $79.95 and i thought i'd order them together. #2 Should I get the master & slave from Advance or other autoparts store and would any of them come with the braided line? #3 Can I use synthetic fluid in the clutch hydraulics?
#4 Does the GM assembly come with the throw-out bearing?
