Clutch is acting up... what's the cause?

Just a couple days ago I started to notice this.

Occasionally, the clutch pedal will stick down when I let off of it. The clutch will be engaged, but I hafta kinda pop the pedal back up with my foot. Doesn't do it all the time.

I've also noticed there's a lot more play in the pedal. I used to only be able to push it down an inch or so before I started to feel resistance. Now I can push the pedal down almost half way before I start to feel the pressure on it.

Other than that it's still working fine, but I'd like to know what's causing this so I can get it fixed before I go to shift gears and the clutch doesn't work at all. I got the tranny rebuilt about 10k miles ago, and had a Spec Stage 2 clutch installed.

Step 1, make sure your clutch fluid reservoir is full. It's behind the driver side shock tower, up against the firewall, and IIRC you fill it with brake fluid.
