pull the e-brake up further and its gonna be a tight sqeeze but it will come. it takes some muscle to get the ebrake up all the way but it must be done

If ya stick a long screwdriver down where the ratchet wheel thing hits that gear ( I know, i shouldn't use such technical terms) the e brake will swing right up without making it difficult. Just lift up on the ratchet thing.

If you have the stock shifter, just take the stick off to pull the tranny.
