Clunk In The Front

Recently, I noticed a pretty loud clunk coming from the front-passenger side suspension when I am backing out of my parking space. As I back out of the spot and crank the wheel hard left to swing out, the clunk comes when I have the steering wheel turned about 3/4 to 7/8 over.

I will jack the car up this weekend and take a look at the suspension, but what should I consider my most likely suspects to be?

Re: Clunk In The Front

But is it a problem? Is it sign of a failing ball joint? It sounds so rough that it makes me think something is broken.
