Clunk!

hey! I replaced my transmission mount last week, and now I tore up the new one again!!! Is there a special brand that makes a decent transmission mount I can' tear up?!?!?!?!? any info is very much appreciated..

I've had the same Energy Suspension polyurethane tranny mount under three different trans setups over a period of 13 years (most of that behind an 800HP nitrous motor) and never had a problem. Some people feel the ES mount increases noise/vibration, particularly with the automatic, but I never found that to be a problem with either the original T56 or with the current TH400.

I went threw a few mounts on my car when it was stock, a torque arm relocation will help with that.
