Clucth problems

Yesterday I was at the track and had some problems. Less than 4000 miles ago I scattered the stock clutch and replaced it with a Mcleod preformace clutch disc and pressure plate from thunder racing. Yesterday it really started to slip. Has anybody else used this clutch and had problems with it? This is in a 94 formula with CAI, hooker long tubes and dual three inch exhaust with nitto's on the back.

Thanks
