Centerforce clutch guys, have a ???
Centerforce clutch guys, have a ???
Hey guys,
I've always been curious, does everyone else running a centerforce get that annoying noise from the throwout bearing at idle with the cluth out in neutral? I've had the tranny outta my car twice in the past trying to figure out what was causing it, and I finally concluded that it was normal. Any suggestions?

you talkin bout that chirping noise i thought there was something wrong w/ my flywheel or something, partly because the shop that put the clutch in did something to the clutch fork and it gave and the stud slamed into the flywheel stopping my motor like right now!!! i thought it blew up!!
I have heard the same noise, it isn't so loud that I would pull the tranny because of it. Tranny was a little noisy went I bought the car. I have since drained the tranny oil and I'm running redline oil. Which made much quiter and I'm getting better gas mileage, too.
mine started out with that noise to ,then it started to slip, now after 7.000 street driven miles the the clutch and plate are junk.the problem is that the weights on the plate wear the disk out, also they dont get the pp balanced right after they install them cause a unbalanced pp which cause the chirping.dont both calling centerforce when the things bad they wont do anything.
