Car rolled back while in drive on incline and other issues

A few things that may or may not be related.

1. I've noticed that my car is almost feeling like it's shifting an extra time around 35-40 and I was thinking it was the converter locking up. I've never felt this before recently.

2. I think my cam shutter is worse than normal.

3. My car just rolled back in my driveway until I raised the RPM while in drive. Then it went forward like normal.

I have a stock stalled converter and I'm thinking it could be dying. Thoughts?
