cannot get flywheel on

cannot get flywheel on

have the flywheel they came with the st kit, and cannot get it to go on my block..... the stock one i can get to go on really easy. Any recomendations?

started the bolts, when tightening down i noticed it was going down evenly... one side is higher than the other.... any help is greatly appreciate.
