Can anyone explain this?

My clutch fork was rubbin against the pressure plate on the bottom. Could it be because it was loose.

My trans does the same damn thing! When I push the clutch in it goes grnnnnnnnnnnnnnn untill I let off the petal. It stops doing it when it warms up I always thought it was the pilot bearing?
