Bullet proof 10 bolt

Possible to make this work in a 4th gen.

Anything is possible, but you would have to transfer and weld on all the brackets from your 7.5/7.625 rear axle assembly, "invent" some sort of a torque arm mount, and hope the width of the 8.5" 10-bolt axle assembly you found in a junk yard was close to the required width for a 4th Gen, without requiring narrowing or lengthening the axle tubes. If you are going to that much trouble, start with a 12-bolt our of a GM passenger car... same amount of work.
