big trouble! clunking noise when I get on it....

Sometimes it sounds like the clunking is coming from right under the shifter, sometimes I can feel it right under my elbow, and sometimes I feel it and hear way in the rear. If I'm cruising and I floor it, there is an initial clunk from the back, then a a few more lighter clunks. It clunks pretty easy under acceleration in 1st and 2nd, but I have to punch it for it to clunk in any other gear.

Plus, (this has been happening for a while) The damn tranny won't stay in reverse gear when I'm going in reverse. It stays in for a second, and when I accelerate it slips out. Sometimes its also hard to shift from 1st to 2nd. It will kind of go to the right.
