best lt1 t56 mount?
You mean best? Or best other than the poly mount?
Also, "best" for what? Stiffness/strength, or a combination of strength, but still "soft" enough to dampen some of the vibrations in the car?
If you want better than stock, but not as harsh as the poly can be (CAN cause pretty wicked vibrations, depending) then you can use the factory LS1 mount ... it's a pretty good compromise, IMO

honestly i was not sure if the poly mount that summit has was the right one for a t56, they dont say if it is for a auto or a manual, and unless the vibrations are really bad i am not really woried about it

I have poly mounts for both the engine and tranny and IMO the car is quite smooth considering I have a medium size cam.
so would this be the right mount for a t56
