B&M tranny fluid?

Well Im pulling out the tranny this weekend and will be swaping out the flexplate and stall. I bought a TCI flexplate, Yank ss3600 stall, B&M supercooler, tranny guage and relocation brackets for my rear control arms(lowered vehicle). As I went into advanced autoparts, I noticed B&M tranny fluid, non synthetic of course, but it doesn't say anything about being Dexron III compatible and its quite expensive. I have a fully beefed tranny and really don't want to make the mistake when it comes to tranny fluid... Someone lead me in the right direction, product wise.

B&M trans oil is a Ford type "F" fluid. "DO NOT" use it in any 1978 & up GM unit. It can be very detrimental (and usually is) on the 700R4/4L60E transmission.

We only use/suggest regular Dexron III/ Mercon fluid in ALL of our transmissions. DEFINITELY DO NOT add any additives, either.

Regular old tranny fluid goes in all of mine. Any name brand will do, IMHO.
