This past summer I installed the Shift Improver kit, and didn't notice too much of a difference. The question I am asking is : can I install the Transpak, or will I need a new valve body plate, since I had to slightly gauge a few holes bigger, with the Shift Improver kit?

The Transpak sould be able to use the plate you've already modified for the shift improver kit.
