B&M Ripper ?

Does B&M or anybody else make a T-Handle that fits on a T-56? If so where? I've tried a B&M T-Handle from Kragen but the hole in the shifter is way to small.

i have a hurst t-handle, the biggest one my local store was selling was threaded to 1/2" and my rod is 5/8.... so i just bought it and drilled it out and tapped it, works perfectly.

I also have a hurst one, bought the largest one they had and without any adapters, it threaded right onto my shifter handle.
