Automatic to 4 speed conversion

I have a 80 model camaro with a383 stroker and turbo350 transmission. I recently aquired a saginaw 4 speed complete with a new 153tooth flywheel , clutch ,pressure plate, ect. I am aware that my flywheel is for a internal balanced 350 and I need an external balanced one for a 400. My question is can I purchase the allstar balancer plate and use it for the 153 tooth manual flywheel, or will I need to purchase a 168 tooth one for a 400?
