Abs Sensor

I have a few question about the abs in the rear. I just blew up my 12 bolt and when it broke the abs inop light came one i have had the rear rebuilt. and the abs inop light is still on. Could the sensor been cloged or damaged with metal chuncks? is it how do you have to align the abs ring with the sensor. also what is a part number for that sensor? thank you for any help.

I am assuming your reluctor gear is on your carrier rather than on your axles. I would examine the reluctor gear for any damage done to the teeth.

What brand 12-bolt... I think the Moser uses the stock sensor, and I know the Strange uses its own type sensor. Did you check the sensor for damage, or excessive buildup of metal particles? Did you check the wiring? If its a Strange, did you reset the clearance to the reluctor ring?

Depends what your sensor looks like. The stock sensor isn't adjustable. Strange uses a sensor that threads into a cap on the top of the pumpkin.... you adjust the sensor to reluctor ring clearance to get the sensor to function correctly. I have no idea what kind of sensor the KTRE has on it.
