94 z28 diff. pinion seal leak

94 z28 diff. pinion seal leak
My 94 z28 has only 36k miles. I have replaced the differntial pinion seal but it still leaks. I am using synthetic gear oil, Mobil 1. Could this be causing the leak? Any advice or anyone having the same problem?
