94 lt1 to t5 tranny?
The T5's torque capacity is less than the stock LT1 torque rating (325 lb-ft). Might hold up in moderate driving conditions, but if you're going to speed shift it, bump up the HP, or use sticky tires, you need a T56.
To figure out how to put an LT1 in a V6 chassis, look at the "sticky" on engine swaps on the "V6 Tech" forum. You will need a V8 K-member, PCM, wiring harness, springs, etc. Unless your V6 has rear disc brakes and a limited slip differential, it would be a good idea to find a good used V8 rear axle assembly, since both were standard equipment on the V8's.
