93 Trans Shifting Problems Help?

93 Trans Shifting Problems Help?
My 93 T/A a4 does not down shift properly. From a 60 MPH Roll if floor it no down shift to 2nd gear. Is this Trans Computer controlled? Any input would help.

93s dont have any computer control, adjust the the cable and see if that helps. My 93 is a dog from a roll too.
