93 Camaro Transmission Slip

Well my sister is looking at a camaro this has some issues and the main one being is the transmission. It is a 1993 Camaro V6 with the non-E transmission (700R4).

Here is the info I have from what the seller says about the issue:

if you have low tranny fluid it drives good. if you put the right amount in it, it kicks and then dies
I am not much of a transmission guy so any ideas would be appreciate.

Thanks!

WOW. I am a "transmission guy", and I've never heard of anything like this...Nor can I think of any reason why it would act like this. Sorry I couldn't help you out any more.
