92 700r4 for 93 700r4

Any way to put a 92 700r4 for the 93 700r4. the 92 has the square plug and 93 has the round plug. so is there anyway to convert the plug?

Wrong forum. this should be in drive train, but the 93 camaro had the 4L60E transmission, not the 700r4.

No, 93s had a 4L60 (no E). Vastly similiar to a 700R4.

The reason the plug is different is because it has 5 pins, instead of 4. The electronics are different inside the transmission. You'd have to change the wiring, valve body, and separator plate to make it work right.
