I recently bought a 1995 Z28 from a friend. I am having trouble with reverse popping out. He apparently had this issue since he bought it in 2000 from the 1st owner. The tranny was pulled out at a dealer last year. The reverse gear and the shims were replaced. Nothing abnormal was found inside the tranny. The transmission still pops out, only in reverse. Does anyone know if there are any linkage or other adjustments that can be checked before I pull the tranny??? Help!
