6 speed Conversion-Computer?

i have some questions following my a4 to m6 conversion:

1. if i put a 94' T56 in a 93 Z28, will the speedometer be off since i have the speedo gear?

2. will i send alot of codes? if i buy a 1993 Z28 M6 ECU, will this solve the problem?

3. How do i hook my Pigtails up?

I think that most computer programers can do somthing to your ecu for the conversion. Like madz28 and pcmforless and all of them.

Since the 93 ECM did not control the A4 or the M6, you shouldn't have any problems with "codes". The main issue to address is the speedo.... and I'm not sure how the differences in the 93 VSS affect that.
