4L60E to T56 What's needed?

Hey guys,
I am rebuilding my 1994 Trans Am. the car has 230,000 odd miles on it and nothing has been rebuilt until now. I am taking care of the engine and am wanting to go ahead and take care of the tranny as well.
Here is my dilemma, I would love to swap a T-56 into my car to take place of the 4L60E that's in it now. However, I can't find a donor car (or at least that isn't $4,000 or more with low mileage). So, is there a kit that comes with the tranny and all needed parts? or is it best to find a donor car?

Also, if I do the swap, what all do I actually need? will the wiring harness still work? what about the gauge cluster? How hard is it to put the clutch in? Thanks for your help!

We have a "Drivetrain" forum, where this topic is covered frequently. I'll move your post there for you.
