I feel bad for you guys who have invested in this and gotten screwed. this is really sad. I wish he would at least say something.

 

So this guy hasn't contacted you and said your transmission is finished and you haven't heard from him and he won't answer your calls and you're gonna drive from Texas to where he is thinking its just sitting there? You guys should have known he was scamming when he started the whole "trouble with shipping and UPS" bull. How is it that transmission shops can ship trannies all over the US and they're sold everyday all day on places like ebay but he couldn't ship transmissions. What was he doing before he was having those problems??? You're better off taking legal action against him to get your money back because YOURE NOT GETTING YOUR TRANSMISSION!!!!

im aware of that...and im also aware that its a pointlss track...i expect nothing of the police here or there todo anything...id have to take him to court to get anything back and thats even more of my time

 

toomchz4u, if your in Richmond VA offer to get it for him. your only an hour or so away.

he has to sleep sometime somewhere. Id suggest posting the information here as to when you will be there. he is probably watching the board just not logging in.
If he isn't there go behind the house and get a brick and throw it threw his window and call the law. tell them someone ran up and did it and left . this will get him home. or awake

its his house with a garage in back, he will be there, and there were a **** load of transmissions there when I was at his place

 

im debating going up there...on a side note i did talk to franks day job boss...hes aware of franks wrong doings and says he is on ""thin ice""

 

That POS still has my trans and money and is avoiding me still !!! I would help someone out if they could get my trans as well . Im in Colorado so its hard as hell for me to get all the way up there . Besides if I did make it to his house $hit would end very badly

 

well source tells me he has a case against him in his own city they are doing research and going to go see him soon...so some of us might be in luck...
his boss failed to have him call me, so that and his boss knows the situation makes him as guilty as frank himself
