4L60E Stuck in Park (not brake interlock solenoid)

As the description says, the trans is completely locked in park right now, the button will not depress to get the car out of park. I had the same problem a while back, and disconnected the brake interlock solenoid and the problem went away for a while. Normally, only in cold weather, it would get tougher to press the button from park, but as it got warm it was ok. Now it wont budge at all. I looked around and found someone on the forum had a similar problem a while back, but didnt really have a solution for it. So if someone could get me pointed in the right direction i see if i can get this sucker moving again.

Info, 1995 Camaro Z28, rebuilt trans 40,000 miles ago, all stock. The vehicle is only driven in the summer and is stored in the winter. 132,000 miles on it.
Thanks in advance!
