4l60e issues! fried?

Well I took the car for a boot today and was making sure the car was fine in boost 7psi. I didnt let the car shift thru it tho.

Anyways i got home and an hour later I decided to take her into work for the first time since the turbo swap!
I drove normal for 10min saw maybe 3K max. I go to merge and the got on it the tack went to 6500 and just stayed there! I let off then got on the gas and nothing!
Pulled over I have 1st gear, shift to 2nd then just slips. It will only engage over 5K rpm in 2nd up.

Time for a th400?
With my setup i am looking for 650rwhp and i dont trust a 4l60e to take it.

Manual or drive first gear? Reverse OK?

BTW, yes a 4L60E can be built to handle 650 RWHP.
