thats just because ive went 9's with my overdrive and still dirve it all the time on the street

and they have been proven to go nines in 3600+ pound cars which means you need to find a new builder, unless its a dedicated track only car then ints understandable...but then you should be going with a glide...

Yep once you switch to the TH350/TH400 you become the red headed stepchild of the late model fbody world.

But there are more and more of us everyday.

Um...You STILL haven't had your 4L60E built by the best. If I build it, you'll never think TH350 again.

Well i have a few ?s for you what kind of convertor would you use? Should i use a lockup or not? What happen is i have a tci3500 stall and my pump broke in the trans took it apart and coundnt find any reason for the pump to break replaced the pump and it lasted about 3 weeks, and the convertor has been sliping in lockup, So i think the converter is taking out the pump but why?

Have you checked the run-out on the converter hub? Many times, the hub isn't on center, and it'll keep tearing pumps up.
TCI IS NOT a very reputable converter for an A4. I'd suggest Yank, ProTorque, or Fuddle.

my fuddle story ended with me placing an order and 5 or 6 weeks later after not being able to get ahold of them again AT ALL calling EDGE and ordering my new stall from them instead. very happy with that.

anyways Frank, I know your trannies are bad *** and all. BUT, can you honestly say that your race trans is equal to the best th350 you can get? Im pretty positive that the TH350 has alot better performance replacement parts that can make it pretty much bullet proof. true, stock to stock there pretty close in strength. this is the first time Ive seen anyone claim (not that Im doubting here) 9sec. capable A4. and curious, how many pass' has that trans gone in the 9's on what kind of 60's?

We have both F bodies and GTOs in the low tens at least verifiable and yes a 4l60e can be built to handle in the 9s. We have had lower claims but they could not be verified,
