Thinking about getting 4:10 gears...I've heard that if you use the stock housing...that the 4:10s will bust them...so with a stock 140 grand miles lt1...standard street tires...will I have any problems with the 4:10s or should I just get 3:73s

 

At 140k i dont care if your runnin 2.73-4.56 a hard launch and anything is possible. Its kinda like install at your on risk type deal. I went 115k on the stock carrier runnin 4.10's and 4.56's then i launched real hard at the track and good bye.
