1999 Trans am tranny trouble

hey guys, i have been here for a while, but havent posted in a while.... anyway i have had this problem with my car for the past 3 weeks. and i have taken it to two gm dealerships in the past weeks and neither can tell a problem with the exception of the last one i went to in which they said there was a slight hesitation. im pretty pissed off as i dont have time for this due to work and school... but heres the problem.... my tranny has been acting up. when i floor it from over 30mph, the rpm's rise but the car seems almost sluggish to respond. like the tranny is hesitant to go into gear. also the same problem persists when i am coasting at about 65mph and i floor it and the car bounces off the rev limiter a few times and then shifts harshly into the higher gear. now i know the car is not shifting properly, but the dealers are telling me that the tranny fluid and transmission are "operating at normal" but i know it is certainly not. any similar experiences or solutions? BTW it is a 1999 Trans Am LS1 A4 3.23's lid, exhaust, 85mm Z06 Maf, cutout. that is all.
any answers would be appreciated. theres nothing like having a problem with your car that bothers you and you cant seem to do anything about.

Sounds like the transmission is slipping. Where are you located?

i am located in illinois, near chicago. it feels like the transmission is slipping however two dealerships have tested the car and the fluid is perfect, they have said there is really know problem, its annoying to know there is a problem, but the dealership looks at me like i am crazy. do you guys know of any places that specialize in transmissions? BTW the car has 47k on it
thanks
