1995 4l60e valvebody

I have a question can be a 96 valve body work in a 95 4l60e because I have a car here with a transmission problem and I took it apart and found that it had 96 up valvebody

No. The 3-2 downshift valve is different between '95 and '96. The '95 uses a 2 piece valve that requires 2 holes in the seperator plate. The '96 uses a 1 piece valve with only 1 hole. No, they can't even be changed as a set because the different valve arrangement uses a different solenoid with different resistance.
You can, however, use a '94 (non PWM) valve body as long as you swap the TCC control valve line up and PWM solenoid out of the '95 valve body.

That's perfectly acceptable as long as it's not leaking.
