i am replacing the worn out gears in my moser 12 bolt rear end. im doing pretty good so far i got the gear pattern right but i am trying to crush the crush sleeve and havung problems. i still have about 1/8" of play in the pinion before the bearings make contact with their races. i know it takes a lot of force to do this. i have used an air impact and then tried a 4 ft breaker bar, still nothing. i was wondering what other methods of tricks other people on this board have used to tighten the pinion nut.
