alright, i think i am going to keep the 10bolt for a while, so i was thinking of changing the gears along with getting a new girdle cover.

i have a 95 camaro z28 w/ k&n fipk and a built up trans w/2500 stall converter. i have 2.73's. i have a magnaflow cat-back to install and i just ordered nitto's.

i was thinking of upgrading to 3.73's and get a ta performance girdle cover. will that take alot of the weak spots out of the 10-bolt or should i buy more? also, what is a good gear seat to buy(company wise, price would be good also). should i have to worry about posi and etc....

Yup the girdle will really help strengthen your rear, so definately get it. For gears your best bet is going to be GM Motive. They'll most likely be the most quiet, and most compatible gears out there. Other brands are probably just as reliable, but are known to be a little noisy(Richmond for example). You'll have to make sure you get gears for a 2 series carrier too since your going from 2.73's. Unless you want to upgrade to a 3 series carrier,which you don't really need to do.
