What rims and tire choice for my car?

Ok I've been searching on the site for a couple days now to get an idea of a drag tire and rim combo but it seems everyone has way more wild set ups then I do. My set up consists of whats in the sig plus a vig 2800 stall, lca's, and some relo's which aren't installed yet. Near future mods will include spray maybe by the end of the month or soon after that and heads some where down the line but not anytime soon I don't think.

I do like the bogart rims. But that is just way to much money right now for some rims. So I'm lookin at the weld pro stars. What size do you suggest for the rims. And I'm lookin at the et streets. What size tire should I go with. And also what else do I need to get to make them work. I'll need lugs won't I? If so what kind and where do I get em. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Will an 8in rim be fine or will I need a 10in rim? And what size et street will work? Oh yeah I have 3.42's now and not the 3.73's since I destroyed them

im not sure about LT1 cars sinces the brakes were different but 15 inch welds dont fit without grinding the calipers on LS1s.

Since you are planning to up the HP with heads and spray in the future, why not buy a set of wheels that will be useful in the future as well as now? A pair of 15x10 7.5" BS Welds will handle anything from a 26x10.5 through a 28x13.5 ET Street, for example. They will require grinding the fins off the rear brake calipers - not a big deal. They also require a set of extra long shank mag-style lug nuts, and to pass NHRA tech, longer wheel studs. Think about the 26" ET Streets for now, and move up to 27" or 28" in the future.

So let me get this straight. 15x10in weld pro stars with 7.5in of backspacing. And 26x10.5-15 et street. Will that work or do I need the bigger 26x11.5-15 et street? And yall wouldn't happen to have a part # for those lugs would ya? Oh yeah and I don't need to pass nhra tech. So it'd be just for the stockers for a 94z28 stud. Thanks yall you've been a huge help so far. Yall wouldn't happen to know where I could get a good price on all this would ya. So far I've only seen this stuff in summit and jegs. Don't mind paying full price but like anyone I'd like to get a deal where I can.
