we had a fun tonight, track prep, hmmm on street legal night that means how many radial cars brought water up to the line, lol!!!!!!

first pass went 12.40, next pass Roman and i line up roman trees me by over 2 tenths, we both ran a 12.13, him with a four and me a six! lmao!!! that was too much fun!we ran again, i went 11.94 @ 122.59 mph, Roman went 12.17. i should point out i stole my 315 nittos back from roman and gave him the 275 nittos instead so he was at ahuge disadvantage me a river

my 1/8 mile time on that pass was a 7.944, lmmfao!!!

tonight was all about control through first second and part of third, lmao!!! it was so hard not to stab the gas pedal!!!! but that is what got me that 11 sec. slip. and actually i treed roman on that pass by 2 tenths, lol!!!

the last pass i had the nose of the car pointing at the guardrail, at which point i lfted, straightened it and pinned the gas pedal again! lol
car went 14.48,

we left our cars in complete street mode! it was great! i made some slight adjustments to the tune on the car, it is still rich so there is even more room for improvement! the one change i made picked me up 1 mph! i was pleased with that! hell i had a tool box, a gallon of antifreeze, 1 quart of oil, my laptop, and camcorder and cooler in the car, ha ha!!! i look forward to doing this at Grand Bend motorplex, sometime in August! with a 125 shot we would have gone there but we may have only got a couple of runs in! very busy weekend there! so till next time ....i'll be out flogging the streets of Windsor :drive:

Sounds like you guys had a blast. That's what it's all about, just going to the track to hang out and have a little fun!!

it is nice to get back to doing that! come september i will put the car back in a more of a race mode for a couple of september events! and then wait for the Thunder Shootout in the fall!
