Interesting. A lot of the numbers in there are way off, compared to what I've actually measured. When they suggest installing the Corvette Z06 titanium exhaust as a substitute for the Camaro exhaust, you know they haven't got the slightest idea what they are talking about. Didn't mention the front and rear bumper crash cushions, worth 40# total. Many drag classes will not let you run without carpet.... at least get a light weight replacement. A super lightweight flywheel may not be the best choice for a drag car. Etc... etc.

There's an excellent list on LS1tech.com that is a lot more comprehensive and more accurate.
