I'm looking at buying a suspension set up, lca's, panhard rod, and subframe connectors. I'm looking at the Granatelli kit, or a tbyrne kit. My question is, is it really worth the money to spend on a Hotchkis setup? Also I've been told not to skip on the relocation brackets for the lca's, is this true? The granatelli kit from Summitt looked like you needed the lowering springs to use the relocation brackets..but I have a Procharger and the intercooler is about 4" off the ground now so I don't want it any lower...thanks

Your post leaves out a crucial piece of information: what are you trying to opitmize your car for? The implication, since you talk about 60' times and are posting in the Drag Racing forum implies track use. The thing is, just as with cams, suspension is a trade-off. An opitmzed drag setup would suck on the street, and vice versa.
The kits you are talking about will not do much for traction at the strip - they are designed to improve street handling, primarily. For example, stiffer bushings improve responsiveness and handling precision (at the expensie of NVH) but will do next to nothing at the strip. Stronger LCA's won't hurt, but probalby don't help much either unless you are running slicks and have gobs of power.
A better torque arm (like the Spohn) along with LCA relocation brackets may provide additional bite, as will drag springs and shocks. The latter two will seriously compromise street handling though.
Hopefully, someone can chime in and help. Suspension isn't my strong point.

Panhard rods and sway bars are pretty much dead weight on the drag strip.
Your two most important changes would be a torque arm and lower control arms. Make sure that you get relocation brackets w/ the LCAs. It's a must on a lowered car, but also very helpful on a stock height car.
