Talking Staging problem solved

I don't know how many guys rember but i posted here a few weeks ago about my troubles at the track. I then found out from several guys what my problem was, was ho i staged. Now that I have taken your advise I am cuttin .050 and .060 lights all day and have even pulled off 2 .006 lights in maybe 10 passes. I just wanted to say thanks to all the guys who took the time to respond and help me out.

Re: Staging problem solved

Not a problem. But for both our sakes i'll keep it simple since I tend to confuse. It's really just basic staging. Once you light your pre-stage bulb don't just let off of the brake until it rolls to full stage. Tap the brake and make the car bounce in to the second beam the adjust when you react to the light instead of your staging position. It's only six inches in the beams but it makes a bigger differance that you would think. Do the same thing if you deep stage. I just got back from the track today and i am happy to say that I won the whole damn class by practising staging like your supposed to. I got a nice little trophy to show for it too! It can take a little getting used to. My R/T's were horrible when I first tried it. MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS STAGE THE SAME WAY!!!!! It can effect your ET!
