Spirngs?

When i put my car together it was originally for an everday cruiser / occasional drag racing. But now i've had my GTO for about two years now and the trans am is pretty much just a weekend warrior. So right now the suspension setup is BMR lowering springs and bilstien shocks, adjustable panhard rod, bmr LCAs and relocation brackets, and bags in the rear springs.

My best 60' was a 1.78 with this setup. Would i see an improvement with putting the stock springs back in? I'd assume it would get better weight transfer with a softer rear spring.

Are you spinning the tires?
If you are hooking up like it is then suspension mods won't make any difference in your sixty or et.
If you are spinning then modding the suspension to help it hook will improve your times.

It does hook pretty well but i can't leave off the line at WOT. I have to roll into it or else it'll spin badly. I'm running 255-50-16 MT ET Streets.

I'm just looking for some small things i can do relatively cheaply that'll help me get the most out of this thing. I'm going out to the track in a few weeks and i'd really like to break into the 11s. I have a CPT transmission on the way which i'm hoping will get me there. My best was a 12.1 before i put a bigger converter and taller gears in. After those mods the transmission started slipping in 3rd at the track, still managed a 12.1 though. So I'm hoping a transmission that holds up will let me net some gains from those gears and converter.

You don't need to loosen the back that'll just make it squat.
You need to loosen the front with some adjustable shocks and if you're running a front sway bar, remove it for your track days.

Spohn carries some Moog brand “constant-rate” rear springs for 4th Gen F-Bodies that work really well. Personally, I think the constant-rate are much better for drag racing than the factory variable-rate springs. And, my 60s are 1.50 to 1.48 at a really good track.
