Roll bars and NHRA rules

I am looking at Wolfe's 6-point weld-in roll bar kit, which is legal to 10.00. My question is are the low-slung door bars NHRA legal, or do you have to use the straight style?

The side bar must pass the driver's arm between the shoulder and the elbow.

I had to make a different main hoop bar to pass tech and have the 4" of clearance to the helmet. I imagine by now Wlfe has corrected this deficiency.
