Angry Qa1/hal Install Big Problems!!!

Just installed qa1/ hals and there is No rebound what so ever from them........What could be the problem....I put them on tried to adjust them and nothing happens ...Just seems like its riding on the spings.....I got the front and the backs set on 1 and they have No return at all I push down on the car and it just stays down??? Hard as a rock........Anybody else ever had this problem?????Not sure what the deal is..What expereiences have you all had???? I am sure it was done right....Could there be something I done wrong???? Need help ASAP .....

Question

well 1 is the loosest setting possible, mine work fine, and i have never heard of this happening before. crank it up to say 7 or 8.

Very strange problem. You did not by chance turn the valves the wrong way to far did you? Get ahold of QA1

Looking at it now...I have put the old shocks and springs I am thinking it wasn't the shocks because the old shock and spring do the same thing...I believe its the a-arms...I failed to mention I also did tubular arms as well....So there might be something there to check into....
