so how come noone is talking about the event?
a friend of mine has quite a bit of video footage from it and it didnt eem like the cars were running up to there potential....

I thought it was a decent event. Not a whole lot of cars showed up, but the ones that did were quality. Other than the 'bad apples' (track people). I thought it was a good show. Lots of wheels up! Hopefully for the next one I will be racing.

 

It's all about Thunder Southern Shoot Out, thats 2 days of the fastest cars in the country.

 

What city is the TR shootout in? That would be a long haul if you're not racing, but that might be worth it.

 

I'm not sure on what city it is in, but it's at No Problem Raceway in Louisiana.

 

Its in Belle Chase..about 20 min outside Baton Rouge. This is quickly becomeing THE race to be at.

People come all over the country and Canada for this race. I'm driving in from Houston.

Ronnie Duke set the record for fastest LS1 at No Problems. Plus its a 2 day event of the fastest cars in the country, this event is the best in the series. Not to mention Thunder Racing organizes the hell out of this event so it goes smooth. If all that doesnt matter, come for the anouncer, he anounces the Power adder class funny. The town is called Belle Rose.
